Check availability and put a possible booking in the diary before the venue or timings are known. Add the details as they come in, then confirm when the band has agreed.
Members reply Yes, No or Maybe to availability requests. See who has answered, send a reminder when needed, and keep event updates together. Each person can choose their email alerts and enable push notifications on supported devices.
Switch between your bands, or see their proposed and confirmed events in your own calendar. Your unavailable dates apply across all your bands; the personal reasons you enter stay private.
Install Bandiniser from a supported browser for easy access on your device. Previously saved calendars and event details can be read offline. Connect again to refresh them, add or edit events, or send replies.
One subscription. The whole band.
The account holder pays for the band’s diary. Members join that band without paying a separate subscription. Both options include the same diary, availability and notification features.
Start with 42 days free. You don’t need payment details to create your band. If you set up a subscription during the trial, you keep the remaining free days; your first payment is due when they end.
£8 / month per band
Pay each month. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
Start your free trial ↗£80 / year per band
Save £16 compared with twelve monthly payments. Pay for the full year in one payment; your subscription renews annually until you cancel.
Start your free trial ↗Prices are in GBP and cover one band. If you organise more than one band, each has its own subscription. You choose your billing option in the band’s Subscription and billing page; these buttons start band setup and do not take a payment.
No. One subscription covers the band. The person who creates the band is its account holder and manages its subscription. They invite the other members, who use their own accounts to see the diary and reply to availability requests.
If you set up a subscription, billing starts when your remaining trial ends and renews on your chosen monthly or annual schedule.
If you haven’t subscribed, the diary becomes read only for 7 days. Members can view it during that time, but can’t add or change events or replies. After that, the diary is unavailable until the account holder subscribes.
Yes. The account holder can cancel renewal in Subscription and billing. The band keeps access through the period already paid for. Monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the next renewal, with no charge or credit partway through the current period.
You can use Bandiniser in your browser. On supported phones and other devices, you can also install it from the browser for quicker access. Push notifications depend on your device and browser; you choose whether to enable them on each device. Offline access shows previously saved diary data, which may miss recent changes. Reconnect to get the latest plans and make changes.
Yes. Use the same account for all your bands and switch between their diaries. Your personal calendar brings their proposed and confirmed events together. A band’s subscription is separate from your role: you can manage one band and be an ordinary member of another.
